Sandwiches can get boring – fast! Mix it up in your child's lunchbox by making him or her a wrap once or twice a week. What's great about wraps is that you can use the same ingredients as you would a sandwich, or branch out. Use whatever leftovers like rice, beans, diced meat and shredded cheese that you have on hand from dinner to make a wrap using a flour tortilla. You can wrap the tortilla simply by rolling the tortilla from one side to the other. Or, fold the tortilla inward on both sides and then roll it up from the opposite side for a secure pocket with all the fixins' tucked inside. Wraps are so easy to make – and fun to eat – your child might just request one for lunch every day!
