With so many burgers making their way onto our dinner plates (and picnic tables), it's no wonder that hamburger recipes have come a long way. They're topped – and made – with just about anything!

Add a dash of Mexican zing with the spicy guacamole burger recipe. And who says you have to use beef? Try ground pork that's spiked with barbecue sauce and topped with vinegary coleslaw.
