Meet Yiannis, Metro Parent August 2013 CoverKid – VIDEO

The final days of summer are prime time for playing in the water – and, when it's outdoors, that's even better! Yiannis, the Troy kid on the August 2013 cover of Metro Parent magazine, proved it in some cool blue swimwear, his attire of choice as he hopped off a floating raft, slid down a yellow waterslide and cruised around on a sweet power boat. The final shot nicely captured our issue's spotlight on awesome late-summer family fun – and, as the dusky pink sky implies, families are wise to savor every last drop of summer before it fades and sun rises on a new school year!
