The Canton community will once again honor the memory and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a special tribute, Building Bridges: Canton Celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The evening will begin with a welcome from Darian Moore, member of the Canton Commission for Culture, Arts and Heritage, as well as Co-Chair of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Sub-Committee. A biography of Dr. King will be presented by Sofia Greggio and Shavonne Hogan. Musical performances will be provided by the New Hope Church Choir, under the direction of Marcel Roberson and Isaac Pippen. |
