The City of Novi Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department is honored to have been selected to host the exceptional artwork of the Colored Pencil Society of America in the Civic Center Atrium Gallery. The Colored Pencil Society was established in 1990 and is an international organization, with more than 1,700 members in 11 countries. The purpose of the Colored Pencil Society is to promote the stature and awareness of colored pencil art as a viable art form and to provide a forum for the education of, communication with, and recognition of colored pencil artists.
