This Friday night celebration starts with a boat parade of lights led by a fire-breathing dragon at dusk – followed by a ticket-only dinner. Saturday and Sunday is the main event, with a chalk art show and children's park and kids zone, live art demos, llama rides, live musical entertainment and a teen zone.
