The Village of Rochester Hills is proud to partner for the first time with The Salvation Army of Metro Detroit for its Oakland County holiday season kick-off with family-friendly events, carolers, Santa photos and a toy drive and really brighten up at 7 p.m. when 850,000 lights will illuminate the village and the 25-foot live Christmas tree. |
