Meet other new moms and get support and advice after your baby is born. In addition to a weekly topic and circle time, you'll learn songs, simple baby games, and basic infant movement. This series begins each session with group discussion on topics such as getting your baby to sleep, life with a newborn, how to survive the challenges of being a mom, places to go around town with your baby, changes to your relationships, and then later, introducing solids and more. Many mothers find support and friendship here and continue these relationships outside of group time, as well. Moms are encouraged to feed their baby during group, and all you need to bring is a blanket for your baby to lay on. |
