This year, Macomb Literacy Partners and Oakland Literacy Council are again joining forces to raise awareness and funds for literacy in southeast Michigan. Support literacy education in Macomb and Oakland counties with a scenic run or walk along certified, shaded woody trails. Stony Creek is the perfect, picturesque setting for this event. It is symbolically significant; that is, the park crosses county lines, just as literacy does. In working together, we can effect greater change through partnerships. |
