Things have changed a lot since our parents raised us – toys are different, kids are exposed to a lot of new things, and quite frankly we just know a lot more about the science of injury prevention than we did then. The panel will talk about recent changes in safety guidelines from the AAP, injury prevention recommendations, and how to deal with friends/family members who don’t automatically share your preferences on certain “hot topic” safety issues. |
