Join your friends and neighbors in downtown Rochester for trick-or-treating, a costume parade – and spaghetti! Kids are encouraged to dress-up and gather goodies downtown (4-5 p.m.). Many businesses will be involved, and participating streets will be marked with balloon decorations.
Then, at 5:15 p.m., kids can meet for the costume parade at the public parking lot between Water Street and East Unviersity Drive. They'll be joined by a police car and fire truck. The parade proceeds south on Water Street and ends at the Rochester Fire Department.
At the department, swing by either before or after trick-or-treating for a spaghetti dinner and open house. Dinner goes 4-8 p.m. The fire department is at the corner of East Third and Water streets.
|Cost||Parade: free; spaghetti dinner: $10/adults, $5/kids 12 and under|
