In the typical Nataki tradition, we are offering another unique experience, only this time, it's the Nataki Way Summer Program. Our goal is to transform each camper's summer from acceptable to exceptional. We invite campers ages 8-13 (entering grades 3-8) to the Nataki campus to not only pursue their interests, but to discover new ones, as well.
Sessions
June 24-28 and July 1-5; no camp on July 4
Camp hours: 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Our campers will explore a mystery planet, construct machines, produce pottery and jewelry, film their own movies, design fashions for the Nataki Runway. They will also experience theater – make-up, costuming, props, acting, lighting and sound. There's everything from photography to rowing classes on the Detroit River (middle school only) at the Nataki Way Summer Day Camp.
Each camper should bring a packed lunch daily. Beverages and snacks will be provided. Regular check-in time during the week is between 8 a.m. and 8:20 a.m. The program begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m.
The weekly session cost is $165.00 / campers may add a second week at $130.
Registration begins March 1, 2013
