There is plenty to do: play on sandy beaches; trek on trails; rent a fishing boat, kayak or bike; or cast a line and fish. Choose from 174 individual camp sites, six group camping areas and six cabins (4 and 6–person). Slather on sunscreen and head to the swimming beach or fish in Buhl Lake. Connect with nature while hiking and mountain biking along paved and natural trails.

Rest for the night in one of 269 individual camp sites, 13 group camping areas or eight cabins (4 and 6–person). Head to the beach and take a thrill ride on the spiraling waterslide into Stewart Lake. Energize on the basketball and volleyball courts. Safe and scenic hiking trails are perfect for a morning jog or stroll after meals.

Enjoy family time together and start life-long traditions camping at Addison Oaks and Groveland Oaks campgrounds. Both campgrounds offer camping for "roughing it" or for those who prefer the luxuries of home in the outdoors. From tent camping to rental cabins, there is an exciting experience for everyone.
Reserve a cabin for comfortable "roughing it." Choose the cabin size best suited for your experience. Four-person cabins feature two bunk beds. Six-person cabins feature two bunk beds and one queen bed. All cabins are equipped with a 3-cubic-foot refrigerator, electricity, smoke detector and fire extinguisher, outdoor campfire and cooking grill, picnic table, water, and nearby restrooms and showers.
The swimming beach at Groveland Oaks is open Memorial Day - Labor Day, based on lifeguard availability. A concession/bathhouse includes food service, restrooms and showers. The fun begins with a thrilling ride down the spiraling waterslide. Spend an afternoon fishing, boating and pedalboating on Stewart Lake. The kids will play all day on the largest playscape in the Oakland County Parks system, located near the beach.
