A DJ, photos, prizes and light refreshments are all part of the festivities. There's a balloon drop, too. Be sure to register ASAP – this event sells out each year and there are no sales at the door.

Parents are welcome to bring their little ones – ages 6 months to 3 years – to this Ann Arbor spot to make a holiday craft, read a Valentine's Day book, sing, dance and much more. There will also be a Valentine-themed snack for the kiddies.

These look like fun events! As parents we have to remember that children not only love Valentine's day gifts but they also love Valentine's Day activities with the family, which give them memories to cherish forever!
