Shake up that floret-topped veggie - and maybe boost the odds your kids'll eat it! - with cranberries and nuts.
|Ingredients:||1 - 16 oz. package of broccoli coleslaw mix
1 cup of ready-made coleslaw dressing (homemade, if preferred)
8 oz. package of dried cranberries
1 cup of pistachios, shelled
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve!
