Number of Servings:	48 regular cookies or 12 monster cookies
Ingredients:	1 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups quick cooking oats 1 1/2 cups Cherry Stop Dried Tart Cherries
Directions:	1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. 2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt (if desired); add to egg mixture. Add oats and mix well. Stir in cherries and chocolate chips. 3. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden-brown. Let cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack to cool completely. 4. Store in a tightly covered container.
