Chicken, Sausage & Shrimp Jambalaya

Use any of Nino Salvaggio's five rotisserie roasted chicken flavors for this spicy, succulent dish.
|Number of Servings:||3 to 4|
|Ingredients:||1 rotisserie chicken, meat pulled and cut into 1 pieces (suggested: Nino Salvaggio brand)
1 10 link sausage, cut into 1 pieces (suggested: Andouille brand)
8 - 12-piece medium peel-and-eat shrimp
1 - 19-oz can vegetable soup (suggested: Muir Glen Organic Fire-Roasted Diced Tomatoes)
1 cup rice, converted (suggested: Uncle Bob's)
1 Tbsp. cajun seasoning blend (suggested: Nino Salvaggio's brand)
In a medium saucepan, combine vegetable soup, diced tomatoes, rice and seasoning. Bring mixture to a gentle simmer, cover and cook until rice is tender. Add sausage, shrimp and chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve in a rimmed soup bowl with toasted bread.
