Classic Pancakes

Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup melted butter
Directions: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add eggs, milk and melted butter to dry ingredients and stir until smooth. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.) Heat griddle to 400 degrees and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon batter onto heated surface and cook until bubbles rise to the surface; then flip over. Serve with butter, maple syrup, fruit sauce or topping of your choice.
