Lettuce Wrap Appetizers

|Ingredients:||1 tsp. canola oil
8 butter lettuce leaves (or Romaine)
2 cups rotisserie chicken pieces
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 cup shredded carrots
Green onion pieces
|Directions:||1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Break apart into large pieces.
2. Add canola oil to a skillet on medium-high heat. Place the chicken pieces into the hot oil. Crisp for 2-4 minutes.
3. Add the hoisin sauce to the skillet and stir until cooked through.
4. Serve the chicken in the lettuce leaves and top with shredded carrots.
