Description:	Create a special treat for the family dog with this peanut butter "cake" from a southeast Michigan dog bakery.
Ingredients:	Cake 3/4 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 egg 1/2 banana (mashed) 1/4 cup honey 1 1/2 Tbsp. carob powder 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. oil Topping 1 8-oz. package Neufchatel cheese, softened 1 (or more) Tbsp. peanut butter Dash or two of carob powder
Directions:	Cake Mix above ingredients well and pour batter into greased 8" round pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for a half hour. Remove and cool. Frosting Mix softened Neufchatel cheese, peanut butter and carob powder well. Add a sprinkle of water if needed. Frost the cooled cake. Fill a decorating bag with peanut butter (as much as you will need to complete your design or message). Attach fun tips, if available, to the end and write out your special message; then, switch the tip to add a border or design with the peanut butter.
