| Ingredients: | 4 - 8-inch flour tortillas (try a whole wheat and multigrain varieties) 1 cup peanut butter 2 medium bananas, sliced 6 Tbsp. raisins, dried cranberries or other dried fruit |
| Directions: | For each sandwich, spread one side of one tortilla with 1/4 cup peanut butter. Cover with half of one sliced banana and sprinkle with 1 1/2 Tbsp. raisins. Roll tortilla up tightly; cut in half to serve. Repeat to make 3 more sandwiches. Sandwiches can be made up to 12 hours in advance, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerated. |
