|Number of Servings:||18 cookies per pie shell|
|Ingredients:||1 package rolled piecrusts
1 container fruit jam (any flavor)
Powdered sugar (optional)
|Directions:||1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat two cookie sheets with baking spray.
2. Unroll a piecrust. Use a pizza cutter to make strips and then cut each strip to make 1" to 1 1/2" squares. Dab about a 1/2 teaspoon of fruit jam into the center of the square. Fold the two opposite sides of the square over on one another and seal with a dab of water.
3. Place the jam-filled cookie onto the cookie sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough squares. Then bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
4. After the cookies have cooled you can roll them in powdered sugar.
