Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Sandwiches

|Ingredients:||1 3-lb. (or similar size) beef round steak
3 cups barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package large hamburger buns
|Directions:||1. Place all the ingredients, except the meat and the salt and pepper, into the slow cooker; stir.
2. Put the meat into the center of the slow cooker and ladle sauce on top.
3. Cook on low for five hours.
4. Remove the meat, shred and return to the slow cooker for about one hour. (Optional: Add cayenne powder or Tabasco to give the sauce a kick, and 1 tablespoon butter for creaminess.)
5. Serve on large, round rolls like Kaiser with extra sauce drizzled on top.
