Slow Cooker Mediterranean Chicken

Try this super easy, delicious family dinner recipe perfect for your Crock-Pot or slow cooker, courtesy of a savvy Macomb County Mom.
|Cook Time:||7-8 hours|
|Ingredients:||2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup coarsely chopped and pitted kalamata olives
2 Tbsp. drained capers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup drained and coarsely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
8 skinless and boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
|Directions:||1. Stir the soup, wine, olives, capers, garlic, artichokes and tomatoes in a slow cooker (at least 3 1/2 quarts). Add the chicken and turn to coat.
2. Cover and cook on low for seven to eight hours, or until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with basil. Serve on rice or pasta.
