| Number of Servings: | Eight 6-oz. patties |
| Ingredients: | 3 lb. salmon meat 1 Tbsp. sambal oelek 1 Tbsp. black sesame seeds 1 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 cup chopped green onion |
| Directions: | Grind all of the above in a food processor. Sautee in skillet, or char-grill, in 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat, flipping once until desired temperature. |
