Many of these weight loss centers offer free seminars you can attend to figure out if the program is a good fit for you. On this list, you'll find holistic, behavioral, clinical and surgical approaches that help shed pounds. All of these centers are attached to medical facilities. But you might also consider looking into the many Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig centers throughout the area.
