Best Adult Weight Loss Programs in Southeast Michigan

Improve your health and set a good example for your kids in 2013 – hospitals in Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne counties have programs to help parents

C'mon, get healthy! If you're struggling with excess weight, low energy or just need a little help getting off the couch, talk to the experts. There are adult weight loss and health improvement programs throughout southeast Michigan to help anyone lose weight. Check out our list and find one that's right for you.

Many of these centers offer free seminars so you can decide if the program fits your needs and lifestyle. On this list, you'll find holistic, behavioral, clinical and surgical approaches that can help you shed pounds and improve your health. They're all attached to medical facilities, but you might also consider looking into the many Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig centers throughout the area.

I would like to know more about weight loss. I am at 50 pounds over weight or more and want to do something about it. I am tired all the time, but I do work and have some energy. I have knee pain as well, but I see a doctor for that as well. I take medications for different things, and at my breaking point and need some help.
