Summer Movie Nights at the Compuware Arena Drive-In Theatre in Plymouth

All summer long you can enjoy an outdoor double-feature film when Compuware Arena transforms into a drive-in theater May 26-Sept. 1, 2014

Smelling the freshly cut grass and feeling the warm breeze of summer nights while watching a great movie is the perfect ending to a long, hot day. Beginning this memorial weekend and running all summer through Labor Day, you can enjoy just that at the Compuware Arena Drive-In theatre in Plymouth.

Bring the whole family down for a fun-filled movie night any day of the week. The three outdoor screens show first-run double-feature movies that both you and your kids will love. Also, the drive-in presents movies that have just recently been released in theaters everywhere, so there is no need to rush to a showing anywhere else this summer.

A list of the movies you can see this Memorial Day weekend include:

  • The Amazing Spider-Man 2 followed by Divergent
  • Rio followed by The Lego Movie
  • Captain America: The Winter Soldier followed by The Other Woman

All showings at the summer drive-in begin at dusk each day, and moviegoers from all over metro Detroit can be guaranteed a great viewing spot if they arrive when the gates open at 7:30 p.m.

The annually transformed theater is open to the public beginning May 26 – and continuing until Sept. 1, with a special sneak peek premiere this Memorial Weekend from May 23-25, 2014.

Ticket prices are $10/adults, $8/kids 4-12, $8/students (weekdays only) and free for all kids under 3.
