Huron Valley Annual Christmas Parade in Milford

Santaland Parade in Garden City

This classic parade is back with this year's theme, "Santa's Workshop." Bring toys to donate to Toys for Tots as they are collected along the parade route. Starts at Garden City High School and ends at the farmer's market area. Kids can meet Santa afterwards!

Holiday Parade of Lights in Wayne

The city of Wayne's Rotary Club is changing things up this year for their first-ever nighttime Holiday Parade of Lights. Prepare to be dazzled, because every parade participant will be illuminated! The parade starts at 6 p.m. and Santa will hand out trophies for "best of" categories in a post-parade awards ceremony.

Hometown Holiday Light Parade in Chelsea

Be dazzled as downtown Chelsea is illuminated by dozens of light-adorned floats and vehicles in the Holiday Light Parade. Cozy up with hot refreshments, treats and entertainment at an afterglow party at the Chelsea Teddy Bear Company. (Note: The entire Hometown Holidays event runs Dec. 6-8)

Christmas Parade in Milan

Get cozy with this year's theme, "Lights Aglow and Mistletoe," at the Milan downtown parade. Line up for floats, music and a visit from jolly St. Nick. It all leads up to an awards ceremony for best float following the tree lighting ceremony that evening.

Orion Area Lighted Parade

Downtown Lake Orion will glow with festive holiday lights as music from six musical groups fills the air. Equestrian groups will be making a new appearance this year, and you'll be sure to get a glimpse of Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

You'll know "Christmas Time is Here" when you see the floats for this year's parade theme, A Charlie Brown Christmas! The 38th annual parade kicks off at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Harris Street with 1,200 parade participants including local bands, floats and vehicles.

Holiday Extravaganza Parade in Pontiac

Balloons, floats, marching bands, fire trucks and choreographed dancers are all part of this morning parade in Pontiac. Your favorite costumed characters will be giving out free hugs as the parade makes its way from the Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency on Cesar Chavez, heading down Huron to Saginaw Street and ending at the Phoenix Center.

Hometown Christmas Parade in Rochester

It may be December, but you'll think you've just stepped off a cruise ship when you see the floats for this year's theme of "Caribbean Christmas." The festivities begin at 2 p.m. down Rochester Road and you can tune in on local Channel 7, too.
