Operation 25,000 Books

We're celebrating our 25th anniversary with a mission – to collect 25,000 books for area kids – and we need your help.

Metro Parent is celebrating our 25th anniversary year with a grand mission and we need your help. Bring us a book. Any book will do, as long as it’s for kids or related to parenting. We’ll pass them on to the Detroit Parent Network who, like us, know that words can transform lives. Our hope? 1,000 books for every year we’ve been in business. 25,000 books by the end of our anniversary year. We can do it! Just drop off a book at our office, at one of our events or at one of our designated drop-off spots between now and September 2012, when our anniversary year is over.
