Halloween Hoot at Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve

A walk in the woods – with skits along the way, cider, doughnuts and more – is in store at the Halloween Hoot at Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve in Rochester.
From Oct. 21-23, people of all ages can head to the hill, where groups of 25 will depart on 45-minute walks through nature (groups leave every 10 minutes) and encounter a forest filled with luminaries, characters from fairytales and TV and, of course, actors performing their popular antics. A cider and doughnut snack follows the walk through the woods. Don't forget to wear a costume!
Get in on the fun Friday and Saturday from 6:20 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., and on Sunday from 6 p.m. to 7:20 p.m. Tickets are $7, and they tend to sell out fast. Purchase yours in advance!
