2012 CoverKids Readers Choice Winner

Metro Parent asked southeast Michigan families to help us pick the final 2012 CoverKid. We tallied the votes. Now see who won!

Each year, Metro Parents hosts its annual CoverKids event to choose the lucky kids who will be featured on the covers of Metro Parent's flagship magazine and ancillaries. Local talent scouts select the semi-finalists, finalists and ulimately the Metro Parent CoverKids winners.

But, just like last year, we asked you to help us pick the final CoverKid in the Readers Choice contest! We tallied more than 60,000 votes and the Readers Choice winner is Ava, 5, of Fraser!
