You can sign up for a Mom to Mom sale by contacting the organizer of the sale. I am not sure how other organizer do it, but, The Growing Tree does it like this. You can either call them or send them an email. Most likely, they will email you a Table Contract and a Seller Information letter for their sales. Then, you fill out the paperwork and send in your paperwork with your payment. The you get a confirmation email to let you know if you got a table at the sale or not.
