Trenton Scarecrow Festival 2011

The Trenton Scarecrow Festival celebrates its 10th birthday this weekend – Sept. 30-Oct. 2, 2011 – and parents and kids alike are in for a weekend of outdoor autumn fun!

The festivities include Scarecrow Idol, a scarecrow contest, dog contest, games for the kids and carnival rides. Live entertainment features Battle of the Bands on Saturday at 6 p.m., plus other live music and dance performances. Kids can take a ride on a pony, build a scarecrow and take part in tons of activities. There will be an arts and crafts vendor area, as well.

Catch the fun on these days and times:

  • Friday: 6-10:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m.-10:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
