Party Book Fabulous Idea Contest

Every issue of Party Book includes our Fabulous Idea department, in which we feature some of the great suggestions from our readers. The parent whose idea is chosen as our "Stand-Out" wins $25, and we'll feature their concept in the next edition. We feature a few runners-up in print, too.
