You only get one mom, so when Mother’s Day 2015 rolls around on May 10 make her feel as special as she is with a family-friendly event that suits her tastes. We’ve dug around the Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Wayne county areas to pull together some of the best events to make the day memorable. Here, you’ll find tons of brunches, teas, nature walks, shows, flower fests and more – all in celebration of mom. Some of these events fall on Mother’s Day, others in the days leading up to the big day – and some even following the main event. Some require pre-registration, so be sure to check in advance.
