  • 4/13 I am looking for a live in university-based weightloss program similar to live in fitness at Hilton Head in SC but at universities; I do know about all of the summer snowbird university programs, closest one to you may be Duluth, MN or Decorah , IA or in Green Bay; I did go to a great one put on by Weight Watchers for 4 weeks years ago on Lake MI near Traverse City-THE BEST-live in condos with roomates, older adults, many teachers, water sports/classes/healthy drinks near campfire, biking, basetry, support and talk and gab, weightwatcher food even served in the best plate and glassware…EXCELLEN-Weightwatchers then turned it into a teen camp, then disbanded-EXCELLENT-If I cannot find one, I will have to go back to a destination weightloss resort at Hilton head or San Antonio

  • I found this article to be very helpful. I prefer a non-surgical approach. I actually don’t think my condition is severe enough to have surgery. So I’ll look into these. I’m also going to try hypnosis. A friend of mine lost over 20 pounds in six weeks using hypnosis. And the lady she went to does group sessions, which are much more affordable. My insurance won’t pay for it, but I can use funds from my HSA to reimburse myself. If anyone is interested in joining me, the next session begins June 23 in Westland. Details are on the web site http://www.HolisticHypnotics.com.
