Families, couples and even solo cooks can learn to cook a gourmet meal from Chef Jeff Tatum. Tatum will demonstrate tools of the trade in food prep, cooking techniques and step-by-step instructions to create a featured dish. A recipe list will be released to shop in advance of the class.
