Add another toothpick on top of that into the column of Styrofoam and add the small Styrofoam ball to create the snowman body.

Using your craft knife, slice off a small piece of the bottom Styrofoam ball to create a flat base. Cut out a circle from the scrap paper. Add a few drops of tacky glue and position the snowman into it; let dry.

Next, it’s time to create the look of your snowman! Using another toothpick, add a few drops of paint onto the head to create eyes and face. Add a few more to the belly to create buttons. Let dry.

With the paint dry, work on the snowman’s scarf. Cut a thin piece of felt into a long rectangle, fringing the ends. Tie around the top of the snowman to give him a wintry look!
