Immerse yourself in Russian culture with food, entertainment and music this weekend. The community is invited to the Ann Arbor Russian Festival for its sixth annual event, held on the grounds of St. Vladimir Russian Orthodox Church in Dexter Sept. 15-16, 2018.

This September festival kicks off with an opening ceremony of Russian bell ringing and continues with Russian food and drink, a tea room with authentic sweets, dancing, souvenirs for sale, church tours and more.

The main kitchen will have food for sale both days of the festival until closing. For adults over 21, an infused vodka tasting will be held from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Kids will feel welcome at the event with a Kids Corner open daily until closing featuring a bounce house, playground, games and coloring. Little ones can cool off with some ice cream, take part in crafts or have their caricature drawn. You’ll also find hair braiding and a children’s puppet show both days of the festival.
