Enter a “world of wheels” at Autorama, the touring show of custom cars, at the Cobo Center March 2-4, 2018.
The show will feature more than 800 custom cars, trucks and motorcycles in addition to contests, live performances and celebrity appearances.
The Ridler Award, with a prize of an engraved trophy, custom-made embroidered jackets and a check for $10,000, will be awarded to the vehicle that shows the most creativity, engineering and quality workmanship on a customized car.
If hot rods aren’t your thing, hang out with celebrities like John Schneider, aka Bo Duke, Barry Meguiar and Dale Earnhardt Jr; plus WWE Superstars, Charlotte Flair and Roman Reigns on Friday and Saturday.
If you’re more interested in dancing the weekend away, catch a variety of rockabilly musical performances throughout the weekend and Blues Brothers and Johnny Cash tributes on Friday.
This event also hosts the 26th annual Toy-A-Rama vintage toy show, a pinup girl contest, chop shop demonstrations throughout the weekend and displays of the cars featured in Fate of the Furious.

- noon-10 p.m. Friday
- 9 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday
- 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday
Tickets are $20 for adults and $7 for kids 6-12 at the gate. Discounted tickets are available at O’Reilly Auto Parts. Kids under five are free.
