Free Comic Book Day Stores for Kids in Southeast Michigan


Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman: Whatever superhero your kid is into, there’s something to get them stoked about during Free Comic Book Day! Every year on the first Saturday in May (in 2017, that’s May 6), comic book specialty shops hand out free comic books to anyone who drops in – and that’s not all that’s free. Dress up like your favorite hero or villain and visit participating shops to win a prize, enjoy some music or meet a special guest. Whether you’re a new reader or seasoned collector, there’s a unique selection of cool comic reads available at these shops in southeast Michigan.
