Orders must be placed by noon and included a “Just the Ribs” package, which features a half-rack of ribs, potato salad, grilled asparagus and more. The other option, “Pig in a Picnic Basket,” has pit-smoked BBQ pork, a bakehouse challah bun, coleslaw, chips and a salad. Dessert and wine options available.
