Play mini golf in the library with a glow-in-the-dark twist! Drop in for a round or two. No registration required. This program is for all ages.
Local preschools and organizations that offer programs for preschool-aged children will be at the library to share what they have to offer your child. Learn about the many options open to you in the Highland area, talk with local teachers and gather information.
Children use their imagination and our materials to repair, wash and drive cars. Appropriate for children ages 5 and under.
Space-, Titanic- and dinosaur-themed movies will surround you on all sides. Entrance to the Dome will be first come first served with tickets available 30 minutes before each program start time.  
Stunning visuals and out-of-this-world adventures will surround you on all sides when this mobile planetarium visits the library. Advance registration required.
This event has something for everyone in the family, including butterfly crafts, Monarch and Milkweed lectures and display, face painting, butterfly tattoos, a wildflower and pollinator walk and a a chance to adopt and release a monarch. Check the Highland Library website for details and times.

Join us for a musical story time based on the popular book I Got The Rhythm by Connie Schofield-Morrison and Illustrator Frank Morrison. This program is for preschool-aged children and will include audience participation, storytelling and a sample illustration. Wear your toe-tapping shoes.
