Description

This post-natal yoga class is for parents/caregivers and their babies—from 6 weeks to early walkers. It is designed as a way for mamas and other caregivers to strengthen and tone their bodies gently, while bonding with their baby.

This class incorporates core strengthening and stability movements for the caregiver with interactive song and movement for baby. Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for baby. Must pre-register at bit.ly/BabyYoga19.
