In this class we'll teach a variety of basic baking techniques including following a recipe, using a scale and mixer, and kneading doughs. You’ll bake biscuits, cornbread, cinnamon rolls, Bakehouse white bread, Parker House rolls, mac and cheese (make your own pasta and cheese sauce), cheesy breadsticks, chicken and biscuits (chicken pot pie filling with biscuit topping), Triple Trouble Chocolate cookies and mini cherry pies. This half day, week long camp also includes a tour of Zingerman's Bakehouse. Go home with all the food you made in class.

You’ll leave BAKE! With our recipes, the knowledge to recreate them at home, all the food you made in class and great coupons. For kids ages 9-12.
