Description
Kids ages 7-12 will explore and celebrate the accomplishments of individuals in a variety of fields and careers across the African Diaspora in this year's camp theme, Hidden Figures of the Diaspora. Participants will watch videos of discovery, take part in short talks with actual scientists, and get to make real experiments, such as how to see hidden colors or launch a bottle rocket! There are 100 spots available for each week and the first 40 to register and pay the fee will receive a take-home kit valued at $40.
Event Cost: $5 per household per week.
