Description
This fun, high energy cardio class is designed to challenge teens and parents to leave feeling accomplished. No equipment is necessary, but bring a towel, water and mat if you prefer. Mask required for unvaccinated individuals and hand washing stations plus sanitizer is located throughout the park.
