Description
This festival is an opportunity for youth ages 13-18 who live in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties to win scholarship money and other cash prizes. Teens will create a ten second film with this year's theme, "“How I Re-Emerge." Applications will be accepted until October 1, 2021.
