Join From Keisha's Heart to Yours for two hours of learning and fun. The workshop includes cooking demo, cardio workout demo, $5 subway gift card for all participants and free raffle drawings and prizes. This workshop is for all ages. The Learn by Heart Workshop is made possible by Brightmoor Connection Food Pantry through generous funding by Priority Health Care. Registration required.Â
